Tubular Heaters

Tubular heating elements perform exceptional heat transfer by conduction, convection or radiation to heat liquids, air, gases, and surfaces. In most heater assemblies, tubular element design configurations vary — round, triangular, flat press and formed. Tubular heaters are a reliable, economical, and versatile option when looking for exceptional heat transfer for applications used in heating liquids, air, or metals. Tubulars can be used in a large variety of applications, including those with size restrictions for small spaces. They allow for even heat distribution as well as high dielectric strength. Tubular heaters can be formed into a variety of patterns.

These heaters are constructed such that they are Protected from atmospheric corrosion and also from mechanical abuse. These types of heaters are known as the best heaters and appreciated across the world.

Coil Heaters

Coiled heaters are manufactured to a revolutionary design, which makes them the best choice in the most demanding conditions. The resistance wire is uniformly distributed in a compacted MgO insulation, with a CrNi-steel outer protection sheath. The heaters are annealed after manufacturing, thus acquiring a high malleability that allows their being subsequently bent into any complex shape, with an extremely narrow bending radius.
Coil heaters are used in various applications, due to their being intrinsically reliable and highly versatile. 

Incoloy Heaters

The most versatile of all-electric heating elements, the tubular heaters are capable of being formed into virtually any configuration. The basic design consists of a helical coil of nickel-chromium resistance wire precisely centered in a metal sheath. This coil is surrounded by magnesium oxide powder which is vibration loaded to insure even density throughout the length of the heater. This entire assembly is then reduced to the finished diameter, compacting the MgO and coil in the center of the heater. The range of ratings, sizes, materials and terminations available makes the tubular heater adaptable to many industrial, commercial and scientific applications. Standard diameters are 6.6mm, 8mm, 11.2mm and 16mm with a maximum length of 5800mm. Available in Copper, Stainless Steel, and Incoloy.

Immersion Heaters

Immersion heaters are heating elements used to directly heat liquids found in a variety of industries from process heating, power, chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, metals processing to the food & beverage industry. The most common types of immersion heaters are flanged pipe insert immersion heaters, screw-plug immersion heaters, gain and gate immersion heaters, urn immersion heaters, over-the-side immersion heaters, and bottom mount immersion heaters. Typical applications include petrochemical production, wastewater treatment, manufacturing, etc.
